QUESTION: Who was on the "selection committee" and who appointed it?

Is this available on the Nitijela website? If not, can the Speaker, vice-speaker, and their clerk, please record the hearings and make them available on he Website?
I am sure every rimajols out there, most especially those who know they were intentionally disenfranchised are very interested to find out why the requirements were ignored and everything else.

Just out of curiosity for your opinion...does this mean that the 2007 election should be anulled and a re-election be considered? That the now "elected" representatives were/are not "legitimately" elected? -

Well that seems impossible considering the fact that four months already have passed and those that are tainted and have the illegitimate dark cloud hovering over them have been sworn in. It is probablly too late but people really want to find out how things went wrong and obviously the administration has said that the only thing that can be done would be to seek out and identify where things went wrong and then make the needed changes and strengthen everything so nothing like it will ever happen again. The President wants to end the whole thing peacefully (he's almost like the late Amata Kabua who was not a confrontational as the 2nd and 3rd President. He likes to setlle things quietly and "in house" rather than what many of us would have liked (including myself): fight fire with fire. But I also realize that our president doesn't want to disrupt the order of our Qi (chi) even further. So as illegitimate as several of the incumbents are I guess they are going to keep their seats.
People should not occupy any seat if they won the seat they hold through a process that was unfair and suspicious to his challenger(s) and without proper review if the process was done fairly and cleanly.
No not the whole election but results from certain races, particularly the very close ones, should have been reviewed and looked into. The very close races deserved recounts and should have been recounted. If foul play was discovered than do a revote. But nothing like this happened, the previous vice Speaker GOT on the PRESIDENT's WEBSITE and DECLARED VICTORY for HIS PARTY and his statement was also reatured in the Government runned radio station and the Marshall islands Journal. Judges denied challenges for recount for the close races and only recount that was allowed by the CHIEF ELECTROL OFFICER (Whom we know is a very close relative of former MINISTER RIEN MORRIS, who went throw extensive measure (RIEN DID) to use his influence and TWISTED the ARMS of PSC members to hire CARL)which over turned the original Likiep race result.
There should have been proper/thorogh review of the close races and the petitions for recount should have been granted. There are people illegitimately sitting in the Nitijela.
