  I was wondering if someone would assist in providing information regarding voting procedures for nationals of Marshall Islands currently overseas. I am pretty much sure I won't be back in the Marshall Islands in time to vote..... (who should be contacted with matters in this regard? etc.).

  For people in the mainland and other places besides Marshall Islands. We use something that's called a "Non Postal Ansenteee"
