My estimates for the current Marshallese population in Hawaii is based on the esl population in 2001 which i figure probably makes up approxmately 34% of the Marshallese population as a whole:
Marshallese: 3,500
A few Others:
Chuukese: 1,282
Pohnpeian: 441
Kosraean: 347
Palauans have been in Hawaii longer but i estimate their pop's are 500-800 (+) currently.
Yapese: 150-600
Pingelapese: 300 (150 in 1995)
In Oregon there's an estimated 700-800 Marshallese, well between Portland & Salem.
