Jikin kalbuj ee ije, is too good for those guys, ri-kalibuj ra ije enno mona ke kijier. I rather see RMI convicts transport to Brazil and jailed there. Their inmates only eat as their family bring in their meals. I don't want them to come here and fed well. A complaint about the 2011 national election is moving forward in the High Court, following Judge James Plasman’s order Tuesday setting a time schedule for the attorneys involved. Former Nitijela members Amenta Matthew and Gerald Zackios and Kili/Bikini/ Ejit Mayoral candidate Eldon Note filed a joint complaint at the end of December over the allowance of postal absentee ballots that were not notarized. At a status conference Tuesday, Plasman gave the Attorney General’s office until May 18 to file and serve its motion to dismiss the complaints. Zackios, who is representing himself and the two other candidates, has until June 1 to file an opposition to the motion to dismiss. The AG’s office then has until June 8 to reply. A status conference is set for June 12, at which time the judge will decide if oral argument is needed or if a decision can be reached based on the written submissions.

“the US government has played a game with us, switching forums for our claims and postponing again and again the payment of fair compensation that is required by the Compact and the US Constitution. We sought relief from the courts, then from the Nuclear Claims Tribunal, then from Congress under the changed circumstances petition, and then again from the courts.”

Assuming that the motion to dismiss is not accepted by the court, then obviously the matter moves forward to trial, right? If so, then it bacomes a question of fact, whether or not there wereunnotarized postal ballots counted. If in fact there were type of ballots counted, then it bacomes a question of whether or not throwing out those unnotarized ballots would substantially changed the outcome of the total counts to each of the case or complaints. If the outcome is not seen as substantially changed, then even if the electoral office made a mistake in counting those ballots, the declared winner will remain as such. That's how I see it kbe. But may I ask, what your next move is now that the US has been playing game with us? -
